Cancellation / return policy

Our customers who placed an order from veranofashion.gr have the right by law to return without reason the products they bought within 14 days from the day of the order.
The return will be accepted and the merchant returns the money to the customer only if the products are in their original packaging without being used or worn. In any other case, our store reserves the right to refuse the return of part or all of the money to the customer.
The customer assumes any shipping costs that arise for unjustified return of products.

Defective / problematic products

In case of receipt of defective product or incorrect size / color from what was specified in the original order, or product that does not correspond to the photos of the purchased page, or incorrect size: the customer has the right to return the defective product in its original packaging and is entitled to a full refund or replacement if desired.

The store will accept the customer’s return request if the products have not been worn or used. Returns to any category of underwear are not accepted.
